What is the return policy?
We don’t do refunds, but we do make sure you get what works.
Unworn items with tags still attached can be exchanged within 7 business days or turned into store credit. No stress, no mess — just keeping your closet Brightr.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes — eligible items can be exchanged within 7 business days.
Just ship it back to us (customer covers return shipping), and once we receive it, you can swap it or choose store credit.
You can swap it for:
- A different size
- A different item of equal value
- Or receive store credit for the same amount
How do I start an exchange
Just email us through the contact page with your order number. I’ll confirm the exchange and send instructions. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, your replacement or store credit will be sent out.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
If your order hasn’t started processing yet, I can usually update sizes or correct address issues. Reach out ASAP — once it’s packed, I can’t make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now I ship within the U.S. only, but international is coming soon.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once it’s with the carrier, delivery timelines are out of my hands — but if something looks off, reach out and I’ll help guide next steps.
